The Venation

Inspired by the growth patterns of plants, The Venation jewelry collection integrates the trend of spiraling growth of plants up and out over time into jewelry. The work uses the irregular outline and the density of the middle structure to show the dynamic and texture of life growth. The streamlined undulations reveal organic forms, and the overall work reflects a dynamic sense of extension. K gold and diamond combine to create a rich sense of space and a strong sense of three-dimensional, reflecting the modeling ability and a high level of technology.

Desert Desire

There are some characteristics that distinguish these pieces and highlight the influence of graphic design. One is the iconicity of the shapes and the visual effect of three-dimensionality that is achieved, only, through textures and thread patterns. The second is the imperfection of each handmade piece. These geometric shapes assume accuracy but don't have it. Each curve and texture are different. They are imperfect but unique, as in nature, and explore the peculiarity of two worlds – cacti and snakes –making them harmoniously coexist in a system.

Earrings inspired by the Almond Tree in Blossom painted by Van Gogh. The delicacy of the branches are reproduced by delicate Cartier-type chains that, like the branches, sway with the wind. The various shades by different gemstones, from almost white to a more intense pink, represent the shades of your flowers. The cluster of blooming flowers are represented with different cutstones. Made with 18k gold, pink diamonds, morganites, pink sapphires and pink tourmalines. Polished and textured finish. Extremely light and with perfect fit. Thanks to its dual-dials and interchangeable strap, it is a good conversation starter and will make heads turn. User can flip and/or switch dials, and change straps to match daily outfit and activities. The case and lugs are made of steel and show first-rate finishing surface treatment and details. Ataraxia

Combining with fashion and advanced technology, the project aims to create jewelry pieces which can make the old Gothic elements into a new style, discussing the potential of the traditional in the contemporary context. With the interest in the way how Gothic vibes influences audience, the project also tries to provoke unique individual experience through playful interaction, exploring the relationship between design and wearers. Synthetic gemstones, as a lower eco-imprint material, were cut into unusually flat surfaces to cast their colors onto the skin to enhance the interaction.
